My sales man was Josh Lord, and he was fabulous before the sale and after. He really made sure I wasn’t over buying for the property size I have. He didn’t have me spending unnecessary money on a bigger tractor simply for commission. After the sale, he even checked in to make sure things were going OK which I didn’t expect. I expected him to get his commission and then never hear from him again. I told him I was having trouble getting an attachment on my tractor and he offered to come out and help me put it on. I wasn’t home, but he still came out and put the attachment on for me. To me, that was going over and beyond. I really appreciated that because I’m a recently widowed woman so I don’t have a man around to help me with. I’d recommend anyone to Josh!

Finding my new Toro Zero-turn mower was such an easy and great experience having Patrick Curran as my sales representative. I was greeted by Pat.... told him what I was interested in .... and he walked we right out to the yard to show me what was available. He explained the available options for the model I selected .... made arrangements for the sale.... and I had the mower within a week! Needless to say.... it was a satisfying experience... Never having used a zero turn ... I mowed my lawn with it for the first time yesterday. ... My brain was quickly figuring out the way it works... I didn't have any trouble completing the job.. and my lawn looks great... Patrick is a great example of service excellence and Burke Co should be very pleased to have him with their business. Was in the market for a zero turn lawn mower. After doing research and getting word of how great Kubota was, I called Saturday morning and talked with Mike Brelia. Mike greeted my dad and I, explained the details of the mower in great detail, test drove and purchased the mower that same morning. Dave delivered my new zero turn mower last week. He explained how to safely operate and service it, and didn't leave until all my questions were answered. Mower had oil, zerk fittings were greased, and gas tank was full. Very nice and professional. White glove service is the way to go!
