Since 1949, Burke Equipment Company has maintained a strong
tradition of offering top of the line equipment and serving
the needs of our customers. We sell & service Kubota,
Bobcat, Toro, Walker, Wright, Landpride, Bushhog, Stihl and
more. Our rich reputation as a quality dealership is
anchored in our satisfied customers and experienced sales,
service, parts & rental departments. To provide greater
convenience locally, our four store locations cover the
Delmarva Peninsula in Kent, New Castle, and Sussex Counties,
Delaware - plus Wicomico County, MD. Buying from Burke
assures you are dealing with an experienced dealership.

subject to equipment availability.

Confirmation
of sale is based on the acceptance of offer.

Customer is
required to sign all Kubota & dealer documentation.

Kubota’s
warranty is valid at all certified Kubota service
dealerships; however, transportation is the responsibility
of the customer.

Our sales
staff will work with you on numerous financing options.

Final sale is
subject to customer financing approval. We also accept all
major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, &
American Express. Or we accept money orders or bank
certified checks.

Remember you
save with NO Sales Tax applicable in Delaware.

Financing is
time sensitive and all costs for overnight paperwork
shipping and contract compliance is the responsibility of
the buyer.
Pick-up Policy - Shipping Policy:

Buyers are
responsible for picking up equipment at the store’s
locations. We may assist loading your purchase Monday –
Friday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, other times by appointment only.
All pick-up arrangements are made with our contact Chris at
302.245.5544.

Please note
that all shipping common carrier arrangements are the
buyer’s responsibility. Most equipment can ship anywhere
in the United States for under $1,000, depending on
location. If local, we may arrange at our transport rates
to deliver within the state of Delaware. The point of sale
occurs at our Delaware location (no sales tax), so that
the equipment is the buyer’s responsibility, once it
leaves the Burke Equipment Company premises.
