TERMS AND CONDITIONS |

Drivers license and credit card (same name) is
required, and must show current address, (exception:
corporate cards).
-
All rentals fees are due in advance
-
Rental rates are based on 1 day with 8 hours usage, 7
days with 40 hours usage, or 4 weeks, with 160 hours
usage.

Weekly and monthly rental rates are based on
consecutive dates.
-
Rentals should be scheduled by 3:00 p.m. for delivery
the next morning.

Certificate of Insurance naming Burke Equipment as
Loss Payee or EPG Rental Insurance is required on all
rentals
-
Upon return, all rental equipment shall be fully
refueled and in proper working condition.
-
Damage caused by renter will be repaired at renter's
expense.
-
Tire repair will be at renters expense by a tire
repair center
-
Pick-up and delivery charges is a separate cost -
Rates are based according to size of equipment and
location.
- All
prices subject to rental tax & insurance fees (if
applicable).
